CODE OF CONDUCT
- The Legal Affairs Unit has the right to edit and/or update the Code of Conduct every 7 days.
- Every Code of Conduct update if deemed immoral may be reapealed by petition or Foundation.
- All of Code of Conduct updates shall be posted in the official F.I.B discord with screenshots of the written text before and after its update.
S E C T I O N S
Section 1: In-agency Rules and Regulations
All General Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of all ranks, alliance members and VIPs of the FIB unless stated.
- Be Respectful to all individulas correlated to the Federal Investigation Bureau Community, regardless of their gender, beliefs, race, rank or sexuality.
- Speak English at most times. F.I.B recognizes English as the universal language. You may speak in another language for a maximum of three (3) consecutive bubbles. Doing more than what is allowed will result in disciplinary action. It will be considered consecutive as long as the last bubble spoken in another language is still seen on the Habboon screen.
- Avoid the usage of consecutive capital letters. Abbreviatons are considered. You are allowed a maximum of three (3) consecutive bubbles of all capital letters. Doing more than what is allowed will result in disciplinary action. It will be considered consecutive as long as the last bubble with all capital letters is still seen on the Habboon screen.
- Do not spam and/or flood the agency headquarters, portal or Discord. You are also not allowed to spam any members of the F.I.B Community in other affiliated locations. Doing so will result in disciplinary action.
- Any type of enable, transform, dance or jump command is not allowed in any part of the F.I.B premises unless freetime is announced by one of the foundation members. You will be given three (3) warnings before it will result in disciplinary action.
- Asking or hinting for pay or promotion is not encouraged and will result in disciplinary action when done repeatedly.
- Asking for codes, badge rights, web rights, room rights, portal rights or discord rights is allowed only if the user has reached the specific rank that requires these rights, e.g. an 1iC requires room rights.
- Double jobbing is prohibited. This is defines as having two accounts working in F.I.B or another agency while denying the second account as your own. All workers are not allowed to have another account that is active within F.I.B unless registered to the official ALT group. However, you may not fill stations on both accounts at the same time.
- Coloured chat and text is prohibited in base unless you are hosting a base event, commanding AOD, giving an announcement, or in the event of a freetime.
- Do not abuse your powers or privileges as a higher ranking officer. Using your rank, position or status to favour or go against another individual is stricly prohibited.
- Being away from your keyboard and/or idling is not allowed on any workstation or in the hallways with the exception of the FTB area. Failure to do so is subject to disciplinary action.
- Do not troll, scam, raid or degrade others or be affiliated with such actions towards individuals or other agencies including F.I.B.
- The use of ethnic slurs will be subject to disciplinary action, expecially when there is an intent to offend the other party.
- Individual(s) with inappropriate usernames that may be considered as racist, sexually explicit and/or targeted harassment towards another user will not be hired. This includes names that contain website ads. Should they be recruited, the firing of such individuals will be immediate.
- The discussion of sexual acts publicly in any communication network, program, software or website associated with the Federal Investigation Bureau is prohibited.
- Sexually explicit outfits are prohibited within F.I.B premises. This includes using Habboon's clothes to make a user look naked.
- Purposely committing crimes on the Code of Conduct after receiving a verbal warning will result in a harsher disciplinary action. This will be considered as trolling within the agency, and is applied to all F.I.B premises.
- You are not permitted to advertise F.I.B in premises of other agencies, militaries or similar organizations. Advertising/recruiting members for F.I.B is only encouraged in rooms that are not owned by an agency or a military organization, such as public rooms, e.g. The Habboon Hub.
- Abusing the rules in a manner that evades the warnings will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, turning on coloured chat for one bubble then disabling it before any warning repeatedly and intentionally idling at a station.
- Negligence to one's orders will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, deliberately disobeying the rules because of their rank, refusing to command ATT when being told to, and not listening to other individuals who instruct you to do what you are doing otherwise.
- Using AFK boosters while being on the stations is not allowed. (AFK booster- It's something that prevents you from AFKing). It's okay if you wave on your own.
Failure to abide in any of these rules and regulations will result in punishment via Section 7 (Consequences for Violations) of the CoC and/or termination from the agency depending on the severity.
Section 2: Commands
The following are the commands that are to be used in the HQ.
- Any individual who is eligible to perform these commands may only use them on another agent and/or individual who is one division lower than them, excluding Disciplinary Team members who may command members above their rank.
- Failure to follow any of the commands in this section of the Code of Conduct is considered to be a violation of that law and a violation of the Code of Conduct.
- When commanded to ATT (Attention), stand in front of the commander, wave and say "Yes sir/ma'am!"
- When commanded to AE (At Ease), return to the station you were previously filling before being commanded to ATT, AOD or FTB.
- When commanded to FTF (Fill The Front), sit at the front desks of the base and recruit people to work for F.I.B, or let existing members, VIPs and allies in.
- When commanded to FTS (Fill The Security), sit in security to control the gates and handle who enters ANY parts of the base (training area or headquarters)
- When commanded to FTT (Fill The Training), train the recruits who wish to join F.I.B.
- For people who need to be right back or are waiting for a working station to become available, a worker may choose to FTB (Fill The Back)
- When commaned to FTTD (Fill The Transfer Desk), a 2iC+ member must transfer members from other agencies to F.I.B.
- When commanded to AOD (Attention On Deck), everyone at any workstations (FTF, FTS, FTT, FTTD) will stand, wave and say "Yes sir/ma'am!"
- When commanded to CTH (Clear The Hallway), fill any available workstation(s) or FTB to clear the paths of the headquarters. It must be commanded when there are people who are idling in the hallway or if there are more than five (5) people in the hallway. To idle in the hallway includes the seat next to the station.
- When commanded to BTB (Back To Base), return to headquarters and resume normal duties. This command is normally used after meetings or major F.I.B events.
Section 3: Rank Requirements
The Rank Requirements cover the following: the High Ranks Division, Trial iC Division, the 1iC Division and the Sponsors.

Section 3H. High Ranks
- You are expected to have a discord and portal account as you enter this division with the same name, nickname, or username as your Habboon user
- All promotions, training, and infractions must be logged immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible. Failure to log will result in disciplinary action.
- Exclusive units, except Awards Committee and Financial Unit, are available for application as a member of the High Ranks. You may only join two units at a time. With permission from Foundation, you may join a third unit. It must be noted that an individual cannot be a member of the Disciplinary Team and Legal Affairs concurrently.
Section 3T. Trial iC+
- Time that an individual has given towards a direct benefit of the Federal Investigation Bureau will be considered work hours (e.g Exclusive Unit work, FTF, FTS FTT)
- Rank Retainment deliberation is when 1iC+ will consider the possibility of an individual retaining their rank.
- Promotion deliberation is when 1iC+ will consider the possibility of an individual being promoted.
- Demotion deliberation is when 1iC+ will consider the possibility of an individual being demoted.
- Any individual pertaining to the Trial iC+ division of the Federal Investigation Bureau who has logged at least 14 hours of work over the course of one week has right to a deliberation of rank retention.
- Any individual pertaining to the Trial iC+ Division of the Federal Investigation Bureau who has logged at least 14 hours of work over the course of five (5) days every week has right to a promotion deliberation.
- Any individual pertaining to the Trial iC+ Division of the Federal Investigation Bureau who has logged less than 14 hours of work over the course of five (5) days every week has right to a demotion deliberation.
- A Leave of Absence must be filed if an iC member is unavailable to attend to their work hours for a period of 2 or more days.
- All individuals pertaining to the Trial iC+ Division are required to join one of Federal Investigation Bureau's Exclusive units.
Section 3F. 1iC+
- The abuse of badge, room, portal, and discord rights to benefit oneself is strictly prohibited and will result in a Demotion or a Kick-on-Sight in accordance with the severity.
- Portal and Discord must be checked upon regularly for updates within base.
- 1iC+ members may choose whether to get a 30% share from their sales as a Financial Unit member.
- Weekly reports must be done based on the iC division assigned to them and submitted to one of the respective foundation members by every Sunday.
- Each 1iC member is expected to lead an exclusive unit. This may be of their choice or whichever unit does not have a unit head at the time of their promotion to 1iC.
- Each Foundation member is expected to oversee an exclusive unit, where the exclusive units will be divided equally amongst the number of Foundation members. They may speak with one another to request for help or if they decide to switch units within reasonable measures
Section 3S. Sponsors
- Sponsors are required to follow and adhere to the Federal Investigation Bureau’s Code of Conduct.
- Any individual who has proof and/or has witnesses that they have donated an amount of at least 40,000 Habboon credits or 3 in Throne Rares have a right to enter the headquarters through security and access to the FIB Discord server with a Bronze Sponsor role.
- Any individual who has proof and/or has witnesses that they have donated an amount of at least 85,000 Habboon credits or 6 in Throne Rares have a right to enter the headquarters through security or a security gate bypass and access to the FIB Discord server with a Silver Sponsor role.
- Any individual who has proof and/or has witnesses that they have donated an amount of at least 140,000 Habboon credits or 9 in Throne Rares have a right to enter the headquarters through security or a security gate bypass and access to the Training and Security areas as well as the FIB Discord server with a Gold Sponsor role.
- Any individual who has proof and/or has witnesses that they have donated an amount of at least 195,000 Habboon credits or 12 in Throne Rares have a right to enter the headquarters through security or a security gate bypass and access to the Training and Security areas as well as the FIB Discord server with a Platinum Sponsor role and are able to attend FIB official meetings.
- If a Sponsor repeatedly breaks the rules, they will be subjected to Sponsor Strikes. After their third strike, their Sponsor status is revoked, and the Sponsor cannot repurchase their status without filing an appeal with Legal Affairs. It must also be noted that other people cannot rebuy a Sponsor status for someone whose Sponsor status was originally revoked.

Contempt of the Court, otherwise known as “Contempt”, is an offense that happens inside or during the meeting in a type of disregarding the policy and authority of the court. The following form of disrespectful or opposing actions against the court in session will be punished through court disciplinary system:
If either the plaintiff or defense could not attend a trial, the trial would be postponed until a suitable date has been found or would be canceled, unless the opposing side is alright with the absence.

Section 4P. Promotions
- Promotions are given to hard working individuals who meet the promotion criteria by filling stations, training, and promoting other hard working individuals in base.
- Promotions are to be given to workers who are ranked a division lower than the promoter. Promoters cannot promote an employee who is in the same division as themselves.
- If the employee being promoted is a member of the Agent, Security, and Training Division, the promoter and the employee must be online for twenty (20) minutes.
- If the employee being promoted is a member of the Junior Division and above, the promoter and the employee must be online for thirty (30) minutes.
- The employee must be active within base and at a workstation at the time of the promotion.
- All promotions must be logged on the official F.I.B portal.
- It is your responsibility to train after promoting someone to a rank which requires training. If you find yourself in a situation where you must go offline after logging, it is encouraged that you let someone else promote and train the worker so that you are not stealing a log from another high rank.
- If there are no badge admins available in base, request a badge admin to accept it whenever they get online on the official F.I.B Discord.
- If you were to disconnect from Habboon, make sure to have at least three (3) witnesses or screenshots provided on Discord channel "disconnections" to validate your online time. The screenshots must include your last login time before the disconnection and an open clock.
- Repeat promotion is allowed. This means that you can promote a worker who already has your promotion tag in their motto. However, you must wait an additional ten (10) minutes with regard to the promotion requirement.
- Double promotion is strictly prohibited. This means you are not allowed to skip ranks when promoting workers.
- Promotion hoarding is strictly prohibited. This means the promoter is barred from promoting more than three (3) workers within the span of ten (10) minutes.
- Commanding multiple employees to ATT at the same time is considered promotion hoarding and is strictly prohibited.
- Promotion camping is strictly prohibited. This means that the promoter is barred from waiting behind an employee who is reaching the allowed time for promotion.
- Commanding an employee to ATT while they are attending to their duties is considered promotion camping and is strictly prohibited, e.g. the employee is in the middle of recruiting at FTF and the promoter tells them to ATT when done.
- Promotions outside the working areas are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting in FTB, meeting rooms, and events.
- Promotions for the sake of filling logs are NOT allowed. Promotions must be given to hardworking FIB employees.
Section 4L. Promotion Lines
- Only 4iC+ members can conduct promotion lines and must be granted permission from the 1iC+ members to conduct a promotion line.
- Promotions from a promotion line do not need to meet the time requirements, such as online time and the time between promotions.
- The time of which the promotion line is logged will be used as the worker’s last promotion time.
- The promoter should include who approved the promotion line in the log.
- Promotion lines void the repeat promotion rule but not the double promotion rule. The promoter should not skip ranks under any circumstances.
- Head Leaders cannot be promoted to Trial iC through a promotion line.
Section 4T. Training
- The official F.I.B training scripts must be used as provided on the official website. This applies to recruit, security, trainer, senior, high rank, or trial iC training.
- Skipping any part of the training, whether it be the rules and regulations or the training tests, is strictly prohibited. Should the trainer be caught will result in disciplinary action.
- Three (3) chances will be given to a recruit who misbehaves. Failure to cease will result in a terminated training session where the trainer will request for a room rights holder.
- Bribery will not be tolerated when it comes to rank deliberation. Should the trainer be caught will result in disciplinary action.
- The correct rank to be given to a recruit upon training completion is based on the number of correct answers during the test.
- All training sessions must be logged on the official F.I.B portal.
Section 4D. Disciplinary
- Any workers that have been caught breaking the rules in any way are subjected to being warned before receiving a strike.
- When punishing offenders, they must be punished fairly according to the severity of their crimes.
- Valid evidence must be provided for the situation before any disciplinary action is enforced. They must be sent to the members of the Disciplinary Unit for approval. Valid evidence are screenshots of the full screen with chat history and clock open. The offending user must be seen in the act of breaking rules. Witnesses should take screenshots if the member who issues the disciplinary action was unable to; otherwise, the infraction log will be denied.
- All infraction logs must be logged on the official F.I.B portal.
- If the disciplinary action taken upon the offending worker was not logged on the official F.I.B portal, the sanction on the offending worker will be removed.
- Infractions logs are to be reviewed by a member of the Disciplinary Team and will be approved or denied based on the evidence provided in the log. Evidence must be public for all users to view.
- Concealed evidence must only come from 1iC+ members in the instance where information must be held private from the general public. Evidence like these must be presented to the Director or Deputy Director of Discipline.
- Tampering with evidence in a way that would hide significant events to the issue is strictly prohibited. Highlighting or boxing specific events is allowed. You may censor whispers, but the username of the person whispering to you must be visible for recognition that it is a whisper and not an important chat bubble.
- Should there be any unavailable members who are able to command ATT to a high rank, e.g. a 1iC idles at a station and no member of the Disciplinary Team is available, the next available high rank in line with the official ranks list in the room can command ATT towards their higher rank.
Section 4C. Court
Contempt of the Court, otherwise known as “Contempt”, is an offense that happens inside or during the meeting in a type of disregarding the policy and authority of the court. The following form of disrespectful or opposing actions against the court in session will be punished through court disciplinary system:
- Insult a judge/justice or witness.
- Disobeying a judgement or court order.
- Interrupts the proceedings of the court.
- Jurors, justices, plaintiffs, or defendants leaving the room without any consent or explanation.
- Misbehaving inside the court (roaming, dancing).
- Inappropriate dress code.
If either the plaintiff or defense could not attend a trial, the trial would be postponed until a suitable date has been found or would be canceled, unless the opposing side is alright with the absence.
Section 4R. Rank Transfer
- The transferee's current agency must have at least 100 members in the main badge.
- The transferee must have worked in their current agency for at least two (2) weeks.
- The transferee must be a member of the agency’s second division.
- The transferee must be able to provide their current agency's website and/or official portal.
- The transferee must not have been fired from his/her current agency.
- The transferee must not have transferred from one agency to another in a span of a week. This is considered agency hopping and will not be tolerated.
- An inactive member who was removed may return and will be given a lower rank. However, they must have at least three (3) people who remember them who can vouch for them.
- A fired F.I.B worker is denied from transferring back unless given approval from Foundation.
- Only the first rank of every division can be offered to the transferee.
Section 4A. Alliances
- Allies are considered BVIP, whereas members of foundation and 1iC are to be considered SVIP inside FIB (unless discussed by the Founding Parents).
- Only the Founding Mother and Father can handle alliance cases.
- All terms and conditions of the alliance must be agreed upon by both agencies before accepting the ally-ship.
- Any alliances that are currently active with FIB are to be listed on the website.

Section 5A. Awards Committee
- When promoted to the 2iC division, it is mandatory to join the Awards Committee. It is a closed unit and will not accept applications. When promoted to 1iC division, you have the choice to remain in the Awards Committee as a helper or to leave the unit.
- The voting announcement will be made on Wednesdays and the winner results announcement will be made on Fridays by the Awards Committee head or assistant.
- As an assigned Vote Counter for the awards of the week, your tasks must be completed in time for the winner announcement. If you are unable to meet the requirements as Vote Counter, your rank as a 2iC member will be negatively impacted.
- The Awards Committee must not expose any of the votes in each category. Voting must be kept in secret unless it is approved by the Awards Committee head.
- The previous winner of the week will be banned for the next week's awards. Thus, they cannot be voted unless a week has passed. This includes awards which are based on logs, such as Efficient Trainer and Efficient Promoter.
- The Major Awards such as Best iC and Best non-iC will not be based on only the people's opinion, but also by the FIB unit & base activities and logs.
- The Minor Awards will be based on the poll created for the opinion of the people.
- The Best Couple Award requires couple registration in order to be considered in the weekly voting. The registration form is posted hours before the voting announcement.
Section 5D: Internal Affairs
- The Internal Affairs shall be comprised of the Legal Affairs (LA) and Disciplinary Team (DT) sub-units.
- Internal Affairs will only accept members with a clean disciplinary record. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, or former dishonorable discharges within the agency.
- Information that is not relevant to the other sub-unit will not be shared and anyone sharing this information shall have disciplinary action taken against them.
- Legal Affairs members will have access to the Disciplinary Team logs, to see infractions issued.
- LA appeals have the final decision over given infractions to members of the FIB, only if they have been appealed and the proper procedures followed.
- DT & LA members shall not have any direct involvement with each other's functions and proceedings.
- If reports are escalated to the LA for subsequent settlement meetings or a final court of hearings, the DT shall not have any involvement regarding it,
- However, if the DT has already investigated this report, they may hand over their findings to the prosecution.
- If reports are escalated to the LA for subsequent settlement meetings or a final court of hearings, the DT shall not have any involvement regarding it,
- Members of the FIB have the right to submit reports of others who are disregarding the Code of Conduct (CoC)
- This report must contain valid evidence and sent to a DT Officer or LA Attorney.
- This report can then be reviewed by DT and investigated if deemed necessary.
- The DT & LA may only handle reports regarding issues relating to the FIB,
- This extends to any official FIB room, any official FIB Discord Server or the FIB Portal,
- Neither sub-unit holds the power to investigate rooms outside of the FIB unless it is deemed as double jobbing or espionage,
- Neither sub-unit holds the power to investigate private messages on discord.
- This extends to any official FIB room, any official FIB Discord Server or the FIB Portal,
- All members of the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) have the right to a fair Trial.
- All members of the FIB have the right to fair representation.
- All members of the FIB have the right to appeal infractions given by the DT.
- All members of the FIB have the right to escalate reports to the Court of Hearings
- Reports must have gone through DT first,
- Reports must have gone through Settlement Meetings before finally escalating to the Court of Hearings.

- Any and all evidence presented to the courts must be valid under Section 4D sub-section 3 of the Code of Conduct.
- All members of the LA will remain unbiased in any case they deal with.
- The LA shall hold the power to issue infractions to any worker, VIP or other associate member of the FIB community up to the rank of 1st in command following the proceedings of a fair trial held in the Court of Hearings that has been issued a "GUILTY" verdict.
- The LA shall hold the power to remove infractions to any worker, VIP or other associated member of the FIB community up to the rank of 1st in command following the proceedings of a successful appeal.
- The LA shall provide legal advice and representation to all members of the FIB.
- The LA shall define rules not already followed by a public and practiced standard.
- The DT shall serve as the respondent to any given appeal submitted to the LA,
- The respondent may change if the appellant is appealing the result of a Court of Hearings.
- The respondent may change if the appellant is appealing the result of a Court of Hearings.
- The Disciplinary Team will only accept members with a clean disciplinary record. This includes, but are not limited to, warnings, strikes, or former dishonorable discharges within the agency.
- Members of the Disciplinary Team have a warrant to warn, strike, demote, fire or put into KoS any worker, VIP, or other associated member of the FIB community up to the rank of 1st in Command.
- Members of the Disciplinary Team must only ask the user to wear the strike in their motto when the strike has been approved.
- Official Disciplinary Officers can review any infraction log as long as they are higher on the Disciplinary Hierarchy. Trial Disciplinary Officers can review all infraction logs except dishonorable discharges.
- Portal, Discord, and Headquarters are monitored by members of the Disciplinary Team at all times and all Disciplinary Actions are to be reviewed within 24 hours.
- Members of the Disciplinary Team that are an accessory of conflict are subject to Disciplinary Action by the Disciplinary Director(s)
- Members of the Disciplinary Team must always take a neutral stance on matters. Bias will not be tolerated in any form, which includes, but is not limited to, refusing to discipline a friend, overlooking violations, or disregarding the rules and regulations for a friend.
- Cases are to be evaluated through professionalism. Aggression towards F.I.B workers and other Disciplinary Team members is unwelcome and will result in Disciplinary Action.
Section 5E. Events Team
- All Events Team efforts are to be logged in the unit discord and/or portal with correct formatization.
- Base event hosting schedule is to be followed religiously and any host caught improperly following the schedule with no valid reason and/or replacement will be dealt with Disciplinary Action within the unit.
- Inactivity in the Events Team, communicatory chat groups, servers, or other forms of group communication is subject to Disciplinary Action within the unit.
- All Events Team deadlines are to be strictly followed. Failure to do so will result in harsh Disciplinary Action within the unit.
- Events Team Department Heads are required to make a weekly activity log and/or report of their members, which is then to be submitted to the Events Team Assistant Head.
- The Events Team Assistant head is required to make a weekly activity log with a report from the Events Team Department Heads. This file is to be sent to the Events Team Head.
- Repeated violation of the unit policies will result in unit strikes. On the third unit strike, a demotion to Trial Event Team member will be issued.
Section 5F. Financial Unit
- All members of the Financial Unit are required to have a minimal rank of 1st-in-Command. (1iC) 2nd-in-Command (2iC) are allowed to sell ranks/vip unless there are 1iC members available.
- Ranks are only to be sold to individuals who have passed the Federal Investigation Bureau’s recruit training.
- Once a rank is sold, the said individual who purchased said rank is required to be trained as soon as possible.
- All proceeds given to Financial Unit members in Federal Investigation Bureau related transactions are to be given to the Director and/or Manager of the Financial Unit.
- Financial Unit members are only allowed to take 30% if they wish to have the credits from the rank or sponsor they sold. 31% or higher will be considered as an act of Embezzlement and will be severely punished.
Section 5I. Innovation Unit
- Make sure to get permission if it is needed in order to enforce the suggestions.
- Do not make any decisions on suggestions on your own unless they are minor suggestions.
- If the suggestion the members are working on contains any sensitive information, they must by any means not share it with anyone who is not involved in it.
- Members of the Innovation Unit should submit at least 3 suggestions per month.
- If there is a new suggestion in the FIB server, all members of IU can transfer it to the IU server for further debates.
- If a new suggestion is posted, members should take priority of that suggestion as soon as possible.
Section 5L. News Team
- The five roles of the News Team Unit are to be called journalist, creative writer, interviewer, quiz conductor, and graphic designer.
- Every individual within the News Team Unit with rank of “Trial Member” is required to pick one out of the five roles mentioned in the Code of Conduct’s Section 5N.1.
- Completed Articles and/or quizwork for the News Team Unit are to be submitted every Wednesday GMT+8 to the unit’s Editor-In-Chief and Assistant Editor.
- Completed graphical works for the News Team Unit’s efforts are to be submitted Every Thursday GMT+8 Editor-In-Chief and Assistant Editor.
- Weekly Newsletters are to be posted on Fridays GMT+8 on the Federal Investigation Bureau Discord, by the Editor-In-Chief.
- Quiz Conductors who are affiliated with a posted quiz work may not partake in said quiz and/or receive a prize for said quiz.
- Changes in News Team efforts made by the Assistant Director and/or Editor-In-Chief requires approval from individuals ranked with Foundation+.
- Any related information or data from the News Team unit’s works / efforts are not to be shared with any individuals not related to the News Team without quid quo pro to a different unit.
- Plagiarism, violence, and sexual content are strictly prohibited.
Section 6: Leave of absences
- A Leave of Absence [LoA] is a granted period of time in which a worker has permission to be absent from the workplace with no demotion. This is only applicable to members of the Trial iC division and above.
- When an individual is on an LoA, they must not conduct any work hours, which includes filling stations, promoting workers, and participating in unit activities. The work hours will be neglected should the individual have any work hours.
- The maximum length for an LoA is seven (7) days, where the reason is justifiable without any hard evidence. LoAs longer than this must be approved by a Foundation member.
- The maximum total number of LoA days within a month is seven (7) days. Any individual that exceeds this number has the right to a demotion deliberation.
- LoAs filed by iC members who are below the 1iC division are to be reviewed by their division overseer or any other 1iC member should they be unavailable.
- LoAs filed by 1iCs are to be reviewed by a Foundation member.
- LoAs issued by members of the Foundation are to be reviewed by Ownership.
- When a user has received a strike and requests LoA, the duration for their strike will be paused and will resume once their LoA has ended.

Section 7W. Warnings
- Warnings are permanent, and therefore do not have a removal date.
- Low ranks can receive up to three (3) warnings, whereas high ranks can only receive one (1) warning.
Section 7S. Strikes
- Workers are to be striked after they have been issued the maximum amount of warnings their rank will allow.
- The number of the strikes issued should be proportionate to the rules they have violated. A Minor Offense results in one (1) strike, while a Major Offense results in two (2) strikes or more depending on the severity.
- The length of the strike issued depends on the severity of the offense. A Minor Offense for all ranks lasts for four (4) days. A Major Offense, on the other hand, must be longer than four days and is up to the high rank logging the strike. As long as the length is reasonable, a Disciplinary Team member will approve the strike. If not, a Disciplinary Team member will request that you change it accordingly.
- Strikes should be logged on the Portal or Discord immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.
- The strike system will take place after the first warning is issued:
- :x1 will be given to the worker who has been warned but refused to obey the order that was given.
- x2 will be given to the worker and he/she continues disobeying any of the rules.
- x3 will be given to the worker and does not show any improvement in behavior.
- The offending worker will also be demoted at this strike.The moment they misconduct again, they will be immediately terminated from the agency with documented proof.
Section 7D. Demotions
- Workers are to be demoted during their third strike OR if the severity of the offense was major.
- Giving a demotion is compulsory when issuing the worker a strike of x3.
- The amount of ranks to be demoted depends on the circumstances and severity of the crime.
- When demoting more than one division, one must provide a reason with permission from a member of the Disciplinary Team, 1iC, or Foundation.
- Demotions may be given if users are repeat offenders.
Section 7DD. Dishonorable Discharges
- Workers are to be fired after their third strike OR if it is warranted due to the severity of the offense.
- A worker who has been fired can be rehired by filing an appeal with Legal Affairs.
- People who have been fired can still come into the base if they obtain Sponsor status.
Section 7K. Kick-on-Sight
- Users, be it workers or non-workers, may be placed on Kick-on-Sight [KoS] if they repeatedly and severely break the general rules and regulations.
- A user who has been placed on the KoS list can only return to the F.I.B by filing an appeal with Legal Affairs.
- Users placed on the KoS list must be kicked from the F.I.B base and any other agency activities such as events.
- A KoS request may be made by a member of the High Ranks division or above. A room rights holder should have placed the offending user on KoS before the request has been made. These requests are only to be entertained by the Disciplinary Team.
Section 7SS. Sponsor Strikes
- VIPs are punishable through strikes. A striking system made for VIPs will take place if they are to break any of the general or VIP rules and regulations.
- VIP strikes follow the same striking system as the strikes of workers.
- A strike given to a VIP is to be logged as per usual and posted on the webs next to their name.
- A strike given to a VIP is permanent and cannot go away with good behavior.
- When a VIP has obtained 3 strikes and commits another offense, their VIP status is to be taken away.

Section 8R. Rules
- Respect everyone, no matter race, gender, religion, sexuality or rank. Also refrain from using inappropriate language, derogatory terms, and caps that might trigger another member in the server.
- The use @/here or @/everyone, pinging a large mass of people will only be tolerated if it is extremely important. i.e an announcement from 1iC+
- Do not cause drama or get involved in drama within the server. Keep all personal problems in direct messages, if you need to rant about someone or something, message another server member and don't start a scene within the server.
- Harassing is not tolerated in the server. i.e somebody tells you to stop mocking them.
- Refrain from talking about sensitive topics which could cause a huge emotional shock within the server.
- Do not advertise other agencies. i.e sharing server links, websites from other agencies.
- Refrain from spamming in the server as this won't be tolerated.
- Do not shout or make disturbing noises in the voice-chats as this will result in a server mute.
- Use the channels correctly. i.e bot commands go in the bot-spam channel.
- Your discord nickname within the server must be able to be pinged and must be your boon username.
- English is the major language in this server. Small phrases in foreign languages is tolerated, but extended conversations should be moved to their respective channels or to direct messages.
- Conversations in channels that are meant to be for specific subjects and topics are not allowed. No conversations should be held in said channels. (e.g., announcements, logs, suggestions, & meeting rooms).
- Do not repeatedly join and leave the server multiple times without any context or reason.
- Workers that are inactive for a month will be formally removed.
- Do not post someone else's personal information unless you have been given permission from the person. i.e. real name, address, emails etc.
- Do not send malicious links which may contain viruses or harm towards another.
Section 8W. Warnings
- The Disciplinary Team and 1iC+ are allowed to give warnings to members that are seen breaking the rules.
- Members that are given warnings will also be auto-muted. i.e warning 2 and 3 will be 30 minutes, warning 4 will be 60 minutes etc.
- Discord warnings are recorded and are permanent, which means they do not have a removal date, neither do they reset.
Section 8M. Mutes
- The Disciplinary Team and 1iC+ are allowed to mute members without warnings if it is a major offence such as harassment or bullying. The duration of the mute will be discussed depending on how serious it is.
- Members in the server can request for someone to be muted within reason and evidence provided.
Section 8E. Evidence
- Valid evidence must be provided for the situation before any disciplinary action is enforced. They must be sent to the members of the Disciplinary Unit for approval. Valid evidence are screenshots of the full screen with the messages and clock open otherwise it will be denied.
- Tampering with evidence in a way that would hide significant events to the issue is strictly prohibited. Highlighting or boxing specific events or messages is allowed. You are not allowed to hide certain messages within the evidence even if it is not relevant.
- You must copy the message link from where the issue began so the Disciplinary Team can view the issue as well as the screenshots.
