DT Members Policy
This Policy was created to prevent abuse of power by DT Members and ensure that DT will be an objective unit.
1. A DT member must not initiate any fights within the FIB premises including FIB Discord. Any sort of provocation will not be tolerated.

1.2 Bullying (Read Extended Anti-Bully Policy)
1.3 Verbal Altercations
1.4 Doxxing
2. DT members are not allowed to be biased with their decisions, this is in line with the Anti - Bullying Policy.
3. Not giving disciplinary action because they are a close friend or family
4. Siding with a party because they are a close friend or family
5. Not reporting or acting on issues because the complaint is someone you disagree with
6. Not reporting or acting on issues because the complaint is against someone you’re friends with or is a family
7. DT members must be a good role model for all FIB members, they must act like a DT even if they’re placed in a stressful situation.
8. When an incident occurs that calls for the actions of the DT. The decisions must be evaluated and talked upon by the team members.
9. During a case evaluation, professionalism must be upheld always.
9.1 Arguing and fighting over decisions must be avoided
10. Failing to comply with the policy will lead to termination of membership from the Disciplinary Team. Being a team member is a privilege and not a right.
