Hello and welcome to the FIB Trial iC training!
I would like to congratulate and welcome you on becoming an official iC member.
Before we continue, I advise you to not AFK during this session and don’t speak unless asked to.
I also advise you to take further notes as you will be undergoing a test.
Do you have any questions before we proceed?
Please wait for the trainee's response before you proceed
The Trial iC division is overseen by our Founder-ship Cabinet Representative, Loey.
She will be monitoring you each week until you are promoted to the next division.
Your overseers will be monitoring you on hours, logs and behavior.
Do not hesitate to approach your overseer when you are in need of any help.
Do you have any questions about your overseer before we proceed?
Please wait for the trainee's response before you proceed
I will now explain the requirements we will be looking for as an iC member.
You are now required to work at least 2 hours a day while also logging it on discord.
I will be explaining how the logs work later on in the training.
If you can’t be active for a few days, you are expected to request a LoA.
This can be requested on the discord server and has to be accepted by 1iC+.
Do you have any questions about what is required as a iC worker?
Please wait for the trainee's response before you proceed
Awesome. I will now explain how you are expected to log your hours on discord.
Your overseer will give you a format and this will be used when logging.
You will be expected to log your hours under #tic-activity-logs on the discord server.
You will need to use the format and attach a screenshot of your online time while in base.
You can download the lightshot to screenshot.
You can find how long you’ve been online on your profile, where you find your badges.
You will have to take a picture of your profile, with the clock open on the right side.
If you disconnect from the game, you can ask someone to screenshot your time.
Do you have any questions about how to log your hours?
Please wait for the trainee's response before you proceed
Awesome. I will now explain how promotions work.
The rank list is updated every Saturday GMT+8 by the Foundation Team after their meeting.
The promotions are based on working hours and the amount of logs made that week.
You must be active, otherwise it can affect your rank and be demoted.
Do you have any questions before we proceed?
Please wait for the trainee's response before you proceed
We will now begin the test.
This test will mainly be to show your understanding on what has been said.
Any clarifications before we begin?
Please wait for the trainee's response before you proceed
1. Who is the Trial iC overseer?
2. What are the three things you will be monitored on?
3. What is the minimum of hours per day?
4. What should you do if you can't be online for more than a day?
5. What is required when logging your hours?
6. When do iCs get promoted?
If there are questions that the worker got wrong, kindly clarify it with them, if not, proceed.
That concludes the Trial iC training!
Congratulations again on reaching this stage in the FIB.
I welcome you to Trial iC on behalf of all our iC workers.
Before we head back to base, there are a few things that need to be done first.
You will have to ask for the Trial iC role on the discord, along with the Trial iC badge.
You will also need to request that your name is added onto the website!
Do you have any questions before we exit the training room?
